At IVANOVAJANA25, we aim to provide high-quality coaching and consulting services. Since our sessions are based on personalized, one-on-one time and knowledge transfer, we apply the following refund rules:

• 1. One-Time Consultation (60 min)Refunds are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before the session.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session or do not attend, the session is non-refundable.
• 2. Mentoring Packages (multiple sessions)Refunds are available only if the package has not started yet.
• Once the first session is delivered, the package is non-refundable.
• 3. Weekend IntensiveA 50% refund is available if canceled at least 72 hours before the start date.
• Less than 72 hours before the start date → non-refundable.

4. ReschedulingYou may request to reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to find a new time.
